The All Trust Method of Alzheimer’s and Home Care Training is a person-centered care approach that focuses on devotion to and advocacy for the client. It was designed by Alzheimer’s Caregivers for Alzheimer’s Caregivers. Our professional trainers provide strategies and practical tools to help improve the care and quality of life for people with memory loss. In addition Caregivers are also trained on other important care topics such as:

– Activities of Daily Living

– Personal Care – Assistance with Bathing and Dressing

– Emergency Preparedness

– Ambulation and Transferring

– Infection Control

– Fall Prevention

– Incontinence Care

– Illinois Department of Public Health Guidelines

Learn all about our Total Life Connections program “TLC”, which offers customized activities tailored for each of our clients. The TLC program provides tools to our Caregivers to aid in bringing their clients joy. Through talking with the client and their family, we learn about the types of hobbies and activities they have previously enjoyed, and incorporate those things into their present daily life. A major part of TLC is our Music and Memory program. We revisit the soundtrack of their lives, and provide an iPod with a personalized playlist of music for their enjoyment.
